Rare Disease Cluster Kick-off meeting

Our coordinator Sophie Saunier, together with team leaders Nicolas Garcelon and Max Liebau, and project manager Zuzanna Piwkowska, attended a meeting in Brussels bringing together Rare Disease projects funded by Horizon Europe. The goals were to provide an overview of EU research & innovation policies related to rare diseases and to create awareness across projects about the other projects and their objectives, enabling future synergies. Many thanks to Hélène Le Borgne for her warm welcome and to the whole organizing team at the EC Directorate General Research & Innovation and all participants for this great opportunity to discover all the excellent projects tackling a wide diversity of rare diseases.
